Organize 16 Folder Method of Record Keeping

The Food Program does the CACFP paperwork for providers to help cultivate the business of providing quality care. Our staff has years of experience and are eager to be of assistance to you in anyway we can. As we grow we will provide services faster and develop even more ways to help you. We specialize in the primary areas of audit risk.  The attendance and classification errors, menu content and amounts served errors are our targets.  Most centers have to pay back monies after an audit because of simple math errors or unintentional procedural mistakes.  Allow our company an opportunity to serve you.

WE will provide and organize you with consolidated attendance forms for your cook to indicate which children were present for what meals, and the number of children served for each meal.

WE will provide and organize weekly menus and menu worksheets that indicate the proper amounts to be served according to the number of children enrolled by age group.  WE will also check and organize your menu components and tell you if we see compliance problem areas.  Provide 4 week cycle menus to avoid repetition, save time and control cost.  Provide forms that are date specific and cycle to cycle blank forms.

WE will help organize and ready for your 3 monitoring visits whether it’s announced or unannounced.
Our staff will visit your center to organize records and coach you on best practices.
